All our birds are disease tested prior to entering the aviary and quaranteened for 30 days. All birds should be vet checked by an avian vet within 5 days of purchase.  If the vet finds and diseases or congenital problems not including normal bacterias which occur when birds are stressed during a move we will refund your money or replace the bird.  If a bird with a disability is bought we will have a signed contract stating the disability and that the buyer is aware at the time of purchase and a refund will not be issued for that disability.  Birds are not guaranteed if not seen by an Avian vet. We use Dr. Mohan in Columbus, Ohio and can give you his contact information or you can use an avian vet of your choosing.  We highly recommend you have your bird checked.  If a bird dies within 5 days from purchase, not including any accidents, mishaps, or neglect we will replace it with the same or as close to the same bird as possible after the dead bird is taken to an Avian vet for proof and necropsy.  We must receive a copy of the necropy report. Any shipping charges are non- refundable.
